2007-14: 3V provided a series of business communications workshops and mentoring for young entrepreneurs of the YES Toronto BizStart programs.  Topics included public speaking/pitching, customer service, interpersonal communications and more.

2009-12:  3V was very proud to work with YRP, coaching new officers who identified challenges with English as a Second Language, and also 3V created and implemented the very first ECSA - English Communication Skills Assessment - for any Ontario police service.  It was a pleasure working with both YRP Training and Recruiting Departments.


A gracious thank you letter to 3V from YRP, after we had our training contract extended and before we worked with their Recruiting dept. to develop the English Communication Skills Assessment. 

2009-present:  Helping front line staff and rising managers in various departments of the Granite Club with their ESL (English as a Second Language) and business English skills.

2011 - 2017:  Farber and Partners.  Workshops and coaching front line staff and managers with accent reduction, business English, customer service and management leadership skills.  Developed protocols for their Customer Service Dept.

2013-present: Ric Phillips co-founded YEDI, a charity that helps entrepreneurs both for-profit and non-profit, here and abroad,  grow their business. 3V is a partner, contributing communication skills training.

2013-2016: Ontario Bar Association (OBA) coaching front line staff and managers with accent reduction, business English, and management leadership skills. 

2014-2015: 3V was hired to coach more than one Ontario MPP (Member of Provincial Parliament) to help with public speaking skills and Question Period.


2016-present: Delighted to teach at York University, facilitating workshops both in the Health Learning Leadership Network (HLLN) and the very unique 3MT (3-minute thesis) pitch competition preparation.


2016: Dream come true to be asked to present at TEDx Vaughan.  Topic: "The Long Life of First Impressions."
